Terms & Conditions

WFH Solo

  • Our day rates are for office daily use only.
  • For use of overnight stay, surcharge of $25.00 per day will apply.
  • Double occupancy only. Work desk in room is set and allows for one (1) person only.
  • All rates do not include daily cleaning service.
  • Food and beverage can be pre-arranged through the hotel and will be available for pick-up in the lobby (for an additional fee)
  • Major credit card required to confirm booking.
  • Cancellation 4:00p.m. EST day prior to arrival applies.
  • Card on file will be charged in full 4:00p.m. local Toronto time day prior to arrival. Charge is 100% non-refundable should cancellation be received by the hotel after 4pm day prior to arrival.

WFH Teams

  • Client will be presented a Banquet Event Order to confirm booking of function room, set-up and number of persons and agreed rate plus tax.
  • Rate will include standard set-up as agreed at time of booking.
  • Advance requests to change set-up can be accommodated, surcharge will apply.
  • Rate includes nightly basic cleaning of garbage removal and table wipe down only.
  • Additional services available upon request at surcharge based upon requests.
  • Hotel does not assume responsibility of any materials or equipment left in the function room.
  • Food and beverage can be pre-arranged through the hotel and will be available for pick-up and or delivery to the function room.
  • Guests bringing food and beverage from an outside vendor (does include on premise F&B outlet), will be charged an outside vendor fee. Charge will apply per guest.
